Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Payer", "You") and HubblePay.net ("HubblePay", "Gateway", "We", "Us" or "Our"), an independent technical payment processing gateway operated by an independent international team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. HubblePay operates as a cross-border technological infrastructure.

By processing a transaction, generating an invoice, or otherwise using any page hosted on HubblePay.net, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cancel the invoice and leave the payment page.

The Gateway is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the Gateway you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

HubblePay.net functions strictly as a technical infrastructure layer, software data router and automated blockchain invoice generator.

HubblePay.net is not a bank, not an authorized fiat remittance house, not a credit provider, not a money transmitter, and not a custodial financial vault.

We generate cryptocurrency payment invoices and monitor their confirmation on public blockchains. We do not hold customer funds beyond the technical settlement process required to confirm the transaction and notify the merchant system.

3. Relationship with Merchants and Content

HubblePay provides technical payment routing for digital content systems and independent authors / merchants (primarily those using the SetHubble.com platform).

The Gateway does not produce, audit, control, represent or verify the digital goods, courses, educational content, software or subscription services offered by third-party platforms or individual Content Creators.

The Gateway offers no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, legality, delivery or fitness for purpose of any product or service sold by a merchant. Any complaints, refund requests or disputes regarding product content or non-delivery must be addressed directly to the product seller / merchant, not to HubblePay.net.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments – Finality and Customer Obligations

5. Jurisdictional Scope

HubblePay.net is an international technical service operated by an independent team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and functions as a cross-border technological infrastructure.

The Gateway does not proactively market or target its payment interfaces to any specific country or territory. Users from any jurisdiction access the service on their own initiative.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed through the Gateway’s infrastructure. Merchants using connected platforms (including SetHubble.com) receive balances within those systems and may withdraw them to their own wallets. Merchants do not receive cryptocurrency payments directly from end-customers to their personal wallets. The primary acceptance of cryptocurrency occurs on the side of the Gateway infrastructure.

Users are encouraged to consider the legal requirements of their own jurisdiction when using the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Gateway:

We reserve the right to refuse or block any transaction or IP address that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUBBLEPAY, ITS OPERATORS AND TECHNICAL PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK CONGESTION, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GATEWAY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HubblePay and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Gateway; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any dispute between you and a merchant regarding the underlying product or service.
