By initiating a payment or using any page hosted on HubblePay.net you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

HubblePay.net is an independent technical payment processing gateway and automated cryptocurrency invoice generation system operated by an independent international team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. HubblePay operates as a cross-border technological infrastructure.

HubblePay.net is technically and operationally decoupled from SetHubble.com. SetHubble.com is a separate SaaS platform and does not process or store end-customer payment data.

2. Information We Collect

HubblePay is designed with data minimization as a core principle. We systematically avoid collecting traditional financial data such as bank account numbers or credit/debit card details.

We may process the following categories of data:

• Customer Communication Email Address — collected on the checkout interface solely to transmit automatic invoice status receipts, payment confirmations and secure digital delivery / access links for the content provided by the merchant.
• Cryptographic Transaction Metadata — invoice amounts, selected asset tokens (e.g. USDT, BTC, ETH), network transaction hashes (TXIDs), block confirmation data and settlement status.
• Network Logging Telemetry — IP address, proxy/VPN headers (if present), browser and device information, and interaction timestamps within the payment interface. This data is used for fraud prevention, rate limiting and security monitoring.

We do not create permanent customer accounts or marketing profiles on HubblePay.net. Data is tied to individual invoices.

3. How We Use the Information

We process the information listed above for the following purposes only:

• Generating secure, time-sensitive blockchain invoices and calculating exact cryptocurrency amounts.
• Monitoring blockchain transaction validation via our underlying processing partners.
• Sending automated webhook / status signals to the originating merchant system (primarily SetHubble.com) so that access to digital content can be granted upon confirmation.
• Detecting and blocking malicious automated bots, sybil requests and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attempts.
• Complying with basic international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and responding to valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

Technical server logs and transaction metadata are retained for a limited period necessary for historical compliance auditing, cross-border fraud analysis, dispute resolution and technical debugging.

Once an invoice session is closed, confirmed or expired, the metadata is moved to read-only encrypted log tables. These records are held only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above and are then deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, lease or trade your email address or transactional metadata to third-party advertising or marketing companies.

Information is shared only with:

• Infrastructure providers — verified cloud hosting services, CDNs and security layers that process data solely on our instructions.
• Cross-system technical tunnels — encrypted channels that pass payment confirmation status between HubblePay.net and SetHubble.com (or other authorized merchant systems).
• Legal authorities — only when required by valid international legal process or when necessary to protect the platform from fraud or legal violations.

6. International Data Transfers

Because digital asset transactions rely on decentralized public ledgers and global infrastructure, transactional metadata may be processed across multiple secure nodes worldwide. By initiating a transaction on HubblePay.net you consent to this global processing. We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect the data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where it applies), such as the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

Because we enforce strict data minimization and do not maintain marketing profiles, many requests can be fulfilled by simply letting an invoice expire. To exercise any rights regarding historical transaction email references, please contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

The Gateway is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
